Refund Policy

Brief Overview


Contact APR with 15 days of receipt of package at refunds@a-packready.com. Some restrictions apply. Please read the following before issuing a request for a Refund Payment Merchandise Number (RPMN). A RPMN is a unique number that is manually issued upon contacting APR about the reason for return.

How to Process a Return

Once you have determined that you would like a refund based upon a merchandise return contact APR via refunds@a-packready.com with the following appropriate information:

Return Reason Codes

1. Incorrect quantity received
2. Incorrect merchandise received
3. Duplicate order
4. Defective product – please provide a description
5. Ordered incorrect item
6. Other – please specify

APR will issue a RPMN via email. The form must be included in the return and the RPMN must be printed on the outside of the package.

Postage on items returned due to defects will have postage paid via APR and the shipping label for such returns will be included in the email with in RPMN. Any other returns made for any other reason will be paid for by shipper. It is recommended that you ship with an insured carrier.

Items Damaged in Shipping

If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us at refunds@a-packready.com and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Pictures of the damaged in transit items will need to be provided via email in order to ensure the validity of the request.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
Any items purchased more than 30 days ago.
Any items that have been previously used.
Any items whose originally seal/wrapping has been broken.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a product other than what you ordered, please place a new order for that product and return the unwanted product for a refund following our REFUND POLICY.

Method of Refund

APR will credit any refunds to the credit card or payment account used at the time of the original purchase.

Shipping Refunds

APR does not provide refunds for outbound shipping. If an item was shipped free to a customer and then returned for a refund; the actual cost for APR to ship the item will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. If an item must be returned due to an error on our part we will arrange to bring the item back at our expense and issue a full refund.
